Super helpful to share with Becky where I am at now, speak it aloud and get some feedback and suggestions going forward. I shall list below, so that I can add these to my action points and reflect:
Find Wifi (ask on Sat) at Lido or Calon Taf to connect to...PHONE TO BE USED FOR LIVESTREAM AS, DIRECT, GOOD QUALITY AND RELIABLE! Need to get tripod.
Continue to construct the bench next Wednesday and then in two weeks' time with the group decorating /pyrography (borrow pen from Meryl!)/painting/teak oiling. On Tuesday, I can practice designs, e.g. leeks and daffs as S suggested.
13.09 Solar Noon works on each day....perhaps get different people planted to come by and chat on the bench at this time, so each day is different for example: Ros, the FYWMP group (would love B and S to have a chat!), two people speaking in Welsh.
The sound piece I need to work on and collate and think about some Welsh incorporation (like one group member at FWYMP!)...and think about how I introduce this, concurrent and alongside the option of listening to the live or having an option on a separate link to listen to this soundscape....I want to write a little script about the wildlife at this time like a shipping forecast...begin on Tuesday's session and record after.
A CALL OUT POSTER AND DOCUMENT FOR LOCAL CARE HOMES TO TELL THEM ABOUT THESE DATES SO THAT PEOPLE CAN HEAR AND WATCH WHEN IN BED OR INSIDE ALL DAY!!!...IT is difficult and it gives this live stream a purpose....can even just have on their telly or phone in their room or just listen to the soundscape (Ask Branwen about local care homes!)
I have drafted one, but need to refine and get some help from my brother again! Also, find care homes to email and ask if this feels like something they think the residents will enjoy?
Amelia is also looking for local care homes to contact, so we can help one another and I can ask on Tuesday
Finding out whether Timpson's (have email enquired) in Ponty will be able to engrave a QR code onto a plaque...update: answer = NO!
When home, gathering some paints (ask Cathryn=yes!) to decorate the bench.
Practice live stream to see if it works/getting dongle and tripod off Dad.
