Paintings, over the years

When I paint, it feels very intuitive. I get lost in the world of colour. The hues I see in the landscapes, still life or faces pull me into the paint. I gravitate towards oranges, reds, yellows, blues and greens. I see these colours in everything! When I paint, I paint quickly and do so in a somatic way, with bold brush strokes that layer on the paint to add texture and movement. It's almost subconscious.
