"Creating an inclusive space of skill sharing – participants were encouraged to show case their skills, e.g. participant led sessions in both Crochet and Macramé. This developed a ‘level playing field’ in which participants felt pride in their work and achievements. Ample materials were prepped for each session – offering a wide selection of opportunities and allowing participants to continue making at home.
It has been an absolute pleasure working with Connie. Workshops were greatly cherished by WISE participants, this inspired many to continue making. Connie was very in-tune with participants emotional wellbeing, and allowed some participants a welcoming space to just relax and chat with a cup of tea!"

"I didn’t start my artistic life as a ceramicist and actually only started ceramics during my Art degree. Today I got to play with a different medium with no pressure and no expectations and had a wonderful relaxing mindful time.
Thanks to @Connie_createfor facilitating and being a wonderful creative person to be around and thanks to @branwendraper_art for the lovely chat, all delivered in the lovely Ynysangharad Park. These two young ladies have come into my life through my work with @usw_cta and I have to say my life feels better for them being there.
