Today's development and ideas prior to and after the lecture

Action points from here on in:

Sort out logistics of bench-building tomorrow with the guys at the gardening group...and whoever else is there if more turn up (usually 8 when all together in the summer), whilst remaining wary of not eating into their gardening time and schedule. Pyrography pen, drawings etc...

Speak about recording the audio for a soundscape, and ask verbal permission for this...bring up guitar

Thinking and reflecting on engaging perhaps wider members of the group and gardening/nature lovers of Ponty, creating a poster for Friends of Ponty Facebook page calling for field recordings/the gathering of audio of the nature and wildlife sounds of Pontypridd this spring for my soundscape! Maybe people may even like to record their voices, describing what they see/any gardening tips/recipes...bring up ideas of deep listening, pausing, noticing. I may also need to make a poster for this bench project for the group, to reinforce the time and place so that it's not just word-of-mouth/approaching from all angles. Remember people in Ponty like noticeboards, so can put some up in the park as they have some!

I also know that the two men don't really use mobile phones or computers, so routine, time and place is crucial. This is also important to me, so I can very much understand and relate. There is consistency, something to look forward to.

I also am aware of not asking too much from participants and know that this is their time and place to garden...can check if other days work for them, too.

Enriches our understanding of our world, makes us understand our world better. Honouring contributions, honouring their gift whilst adding in yours-----collaborating. How much I valued this gift, inspired what I was making, give gift back to them.

The feelings created in both ways; witnessing reactions, how its meant for everyone.

Always changing based on the people…open to ideas changing, not knowing quite at the end of it. Being in moment with people and allowing it to evolve.

Update on posters and business card practicing.... I need help with a design eye glance over this!
